Responsibilities
- Build intuitive, high-performing features and AI-assisted workflows for healthcare users.
- Design solutions that automate routine tasks and optimize platform performance.
- Participate in system architecture, experimentation, hackathons, and production software delivery.
- Use AI tools, generative AI capabilities, and smart workflows to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with an inclusive team to solve complex problems and improve healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in software development, with the posting citing Java, Python, TypeScript, or cloud infrastructure as example core skills.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and automated code generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building reliable, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive environment.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; exposure to React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot; and experience integrating machine learning models, AI APIs, or smart automation tools into production applications.
