Responsibilities
- Meet with project managers to determine CRM requirements.
- Develop end-to-end customer solutions and customized Salesforce applications.
- Design, code, implement, test, and troubleshoot Salesforce applications.
- Create timelines and development goals.
- Maintain application security and integrity and fix bugs.
- Stay current with new technologies and guide the team in adopting them.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant Salesforce development experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies across multiple clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience delivering significant Salesforce customizations.
- Experience with the Force.com platform, including Apex, triggers, Batch Apex, and Visualforce.
- Understanding of Salesforce data models, custom objects, junction objects, and related model items.
- Lightning platform knowledge and hands-on experience are desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce-recommended design and development best practices.
- Understanding of object-oriented development, design patterns, and clean, maintainable code.
- Experience configuring and customizing Sales Cloud functional areas.
- SQL knowledge and understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schemas.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, interpersonal, research, and communication skills.
