
Salesforce Technical Architect - (Life Sciences Industry exp mandate)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations, including Health Cloud and related Salesforce products.
- Architect scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices and healthcare compliance standards.
- Define data models, security architecture, API integrations, performance optimization strategies, and architectural design patterns.
- Lead developers and oversee integrations across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
- Lead functional and technical workshops, user journey preparation, user story reviews, design, testing, and deployment.
- Advise clients, enterprise architects, business partners, customers, partners, and implementation teams on Salesforce Industries solutions and digital transformation.
- Establish architectural roadmaps, manage customer expectations, negotiate complex solutions, and proactively resolve risks.
- Design business processes and custom enterprise applications using Salesforce Industries technology and integration tools.
- Research, recommend, and implement AppExchange applications and Salesforce upgrades.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience handling client-facing projects in systems development or related business consulting roles with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in the life sciences, Veeva, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, and FHIR compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in healthcare providers, healthcare payers, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, medical devices, public health and government healthcare programs, or insurance.
- Must-have experience in integration architecture, platform security, sharing and visibility, data architecture and management, architectural design patterns, and Apex design patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce/Apex, triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, or modern web and mobile technologies.
- Experience with Veeva CRM may qualify as an alternative to Salesforce/Apex experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Application Architect, or System Architect are preferred.
- OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certification is preferred, and Health Cloud certification is desirable.
- Ability to lead technical teams, conduct client-facing workshops, advise enterprise stakeholders, and manage complex architectural decisions.
