Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end feature release quality.
- Create automation scripts for new features and ensure their stability.
- Write, modify, and maintain test cases for new and existing features.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test strategies, test scripts, test data sets, regression tests, and test suites.
- Reproduce defects and script failures, troubleshoot issues, track and report defects, and escalate risks.
- Identify test-coverage gaps, compare application versions, and report test progress, metrics, issues, risks, and status.
- Learn and apply QA procedures, guidelines, and policies for newly launched features.
- Collaborate with Product Management, User Interaction, Customer Support, developers, and other testers to model customer usage and plan testing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
- Experience with manual testing and automation testing.
- Experience in quality assurance engineering.
- Preferred experience with API and mobile testing.
- Preferred experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets for adequate test coverage and control.
