Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, test, and optimize software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Evaluate existing software components to improve performance and maintainability.
- Participate actively in team discussions and independently provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Maintain clear documentation of software designs, development processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Scheduling & Labor Optimization.
- Proficiency in Workday Scheduling & Labor Optimization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in software design and development.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
