Responsibilities
- Support commercial and corporate customers as their primary technical advisors.
- Assist with onboarding data sources and integrations, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Help build and maintain tools, scripts, and templates for customer integration.
- Participate in technical investigations and document findings for engineering.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth customer deployments.
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation and best practices.
- Join customer calls to walk through technical setups and capture requirements.
- Learn Glean’s platform and gradually take ownership of customer workstreams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, technical support, or similar roles.
- Comfort in reading and writing code in Python, Java, or Go.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON, with an interest in API integration.
- Basic familiarity with cloud concepts and debugging techniques.
- Excited to learn about Enterprise AI, networking, and security in enterprise environments.
