Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 application production support for Murex-related applications.
- Manage deployment pipelines and ensure system stability using DevOps practices.
- Create new environments on-demand and handle end-to-end environment management.
- Optimize Murex EOD Datamart Feeder extractions and manage batch support jobs.
- Work on service requests raised by business users and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with onshore support teams to monitor production and non-production environments.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Murex support or DevOps engineering.
- Hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL, and Shell Scripting.
- Knowledge of Crontab, Control-M, and UC4 for job scheduling.
- Familiarity with release management tools such as SVN, Nexus, ANT, Jenkins, and GIT.
- Strong debugging skills and understanding of ITIL practices.
- Good understanding of exchange traded and OTC Derivatives, particularly Credit and Rates products.
