Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support by troubleshooting developer build environments, infrastructure issues, pipelines, and container problems.
- Build automation, developer tools, and self-service platforms that improve engineering productivity.
- Work across Linux, CI/CD, networking, cloud, data, and security infrastructure.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, service providers, and users to resolve practical technical problems.
- Create reliable, documented solutions that teams can use and maintain independently.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux as a primary working environment.
- Working knowledge of containers, CI/CD, Kubernetes, databases, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Puppet.
- Ability to write scripts and automation and build tools for other users.
- Understanding of networking and security with troubleshooting experience.
- Strong communication, documentation, initiative, and service-oriented collaboration skills.
- Applicants are encouraged to provide GitHub, GitLab, blog, or personal project examples.
