Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve intelligent marketing technology solutions integrating Salesforce CRM with AWS services.
- Architect and develop AI-powered experiences using Amazon Bedrock and modern LLM integration patterns.
- Build robust backend services and integrations to support MarTech workflows.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex marketing technology initiatives.
- Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies for AI experiences.
- Design and implement resilient APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Drive engineering excellence through strong CI/CD practices.
- Champion observability and operational excellence for marketing technology systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance.
- Lead technical decision-making across architecture and integration design.
- Collaborate effectively in a Scrum-based Agile environment.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in marketing technology platforms.
- Strong expertise in backend and application development using Python or Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and building cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs and generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Experience building AI-powered backend services and intelligent application patterns.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including distributed systems design.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence technical strategy.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and improving engineering practices.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical ideas.
