Responsibilities
- Learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software.
- Collaborate in value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences.
- Create large-scale distributed systems out of microservices.
- Work with teammates to build features and ensure best practices are followed.

- Utilize DevSecOps tools and practices for software deployment.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery.
- Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with one or more development languages such as Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code and comfort with Object-Oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
- Enjoy influencing others and advocating for technical excellence.
- Presence in the external tech community through speaking or contributions.
