Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of core systems, including Go services, event-driven workflows, React UIs, and automation layers
- Partner cross-functionally to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features
- Own architecture and implementation decisions end-to-end for scalable and reliable systems
- Contribute to infrastructure covering observability, permissions, and developer experience
- Mentor teammates, improve processes, and help establish technical excellence as the company scales
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and scaling production systems
- Experience or aptitude for working in early-stage environments and across multiple responsibilities
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code with strong software craftsmanship
- Systems-thinking approach with an emphasis on flexibility and resilience
- Interest in real-world complexity, data modeling, and automation
- Willingness to mentor teammates and help define the future of engineering
