Base Salary
$139k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement, test, and optimize scalable services and tools that address performance and monitoring problems.
- Develop control plane software and APIs for Network Products and Load Balancer as a Service offerings.
- Collaborate across networking teams to build products and services for developers.
- Support existing products and create solutions for customer and product pain points.
- Improve tooling and processes for shipping robust, mission-critical systems.
- Help establish development and architecture best practices and lead work across teams to define API contracts.
Requirements
- Experience with the Go programming language and unit testing.
- Experience designing and developing high-performance systems.
- Networking domain knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience developing full-stack applications with databases and APIs.
- Experience leading cross-team work to build API contracts.
- Experience with cloud development, containerization, virtualization, and continuous integration and delivery.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience with gRPC, Temporal, and Kafka is preferred.
