Responsibilities
- Develop and support compliant and optimized graphics drivers for Adreno GPUs.
- Work with GPU software and hardware teams and independent software vendors.
- Implement or support graphics driver standards including Direct3D, Vulkan, and OpenCL.
- Apply graphics rendering pipeline, API interoperability, and GPU-based rendering expertise.
- Debug graphics software and profile DirectX and Vulkan game performance.
- Work independently on tasks requiring planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus 4+ years of software engineering or related experience; or a master's degree plus 3+ years; or a PhD plus 2+ years.
- At least 2 years of work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Strong object-oriented design and C++ development experience.
- Preferred experience with Graphics APIs including DX11, DX12, or Vulkan.
- Preferred hands-on game development experience, including Unreal Engine 5 and GPU-based rendering techniques.
- Preferred experience implementing or supporting graphics drivers for Direct3D, Vulkan, or OpenCL.
- Preferred graphics rendering pipeline, API interoperability, debugging, and DirectX/Vulkan performance profiling experience.
