Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of key technical projects aligned with business and customer needs.

- Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards and strategic initiatives.
- Mentor engineers, foster an inclusive team environment, and assist with hiring and onboarding.
- Influence technical direction and adoption of technologies and processes.
- Own team products and features through deployment and ongoing support.
- Potentially manage less experienced team members through line management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical leadership or senior software development roles.
- Strong experience with Python and cloud-based environments.
- Product engineering mindset with focus on business impact.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and mentor engineers.
- Familiarity with agile practices and project management techniques.
- Expertise in or willingness to learn technologies across the listed cloud, programming, framework, database, and DevOps stack.
