Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new product capabilities from concept to production
- Work with Product and customers to identify high-value problems
- Develop full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure
- Rapidly prototype and validate product ideas
- Own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment
- Use customer feedback to iterate quickly
- Build scalable foundations without over-engineering
- Improve developer experience, testing, and product reliability
- Contribute to product and technical strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack product engineering background
- Experience building products from early-stage concepts
- Strong product sense and customer empathy
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining engineering quality
- Strong communication and ownership
- Fluent English required
- AI/ML product experience is preferred
- Startup or scale-up experience is preferred
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, or similar is preferred
- Experience building 0-to-1 products is preferred
