Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features using TypeScript, Python, and Go.
- Develop modern frontend applications and scalable backend services.
- Design and implement APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
- Work with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
- Own features throughout the development lifecycle.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Write well-tested, maintainable production code.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Collaborate with engineers in an on-site environment.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong TypeScript experience and backend experience with Python and/or Go.
- Experience building production full-stack applications.
- Strong API and system design fundamentals.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and software testing best practices.
- Excellent communication and ownership skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.
- React or Next.js experience is preferred.
- PostgreSQL or other relational database experience is preferred.
- Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered products and at a startup or scale-up is preferred.
- Fluent English is required.
