Base Salary
$190k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and ship backend APIs and services for the editor, dashboard, and customer documentation sites
- Improve ingestion, validation, transformation, and publishing processes for content from thousands of customer repositories
- Build search, retrieval, and agent infrastructure for AI products
- Improve caching, queues, databases, and observability as the products and customer base scale
- Contribute to product direction and engineering approaches across the stack
- Collaborate across design and engineering and take features from development through launch
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with systems design, API architecture, databases, and production systems
- Strong product intuition and attention to the rationale behind technical decisions
- Adaptability and willingness to work beyond backend development when needed
- Ability to define solutions independently and take high ownership
- Willingness to speak directly with customers and use their insights to shape products
