Base Salary
$228k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to apply existing AI models and frameworks to complex business challenges.
- Design and implement agentic orchestration, including reason-and-act loops that decompose goals into actionable subtasks.
- Build a versioned prompt registry supporting model-agnostic routing and A/B testing of system prompts.
- Engineer PII redaction privacy controls and hallucination verification for AI-generated actions.
- Perform data modeling, algorithm development, model training, tuning, validation, deployment, and service maintenance.
- Analyze data and provide insights for business decisions across multiple domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into AI and data science solutions.
- Document and communicate technical designs, processes, and best practices through visualizations and presentations.
- Own projects and ensure timely completion while maintaining privacy, security, code quality, and system reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Strong programming skills in Golang, Python, Java, or C++, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Proven experience building multi-agent systems and adaptive orchestration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of jailbreak detection, including LlamaGuard, and PII masking for safe LLM interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, AI technologies, and platforms, including LLMs, time series, RAG, fine-tuning, and traditional ML models.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, version control systems, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, verbal communication, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
