Base Salary
$169k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and agents.
- Translate domain strategies into system-level implementations while ensuring architectural integrity and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance through code reviews and strategic architectural decisions.
- Drive operational excellence through DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and resilient service practices.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and automate processes to improve engineering velocity, system performance, and developer experience.
- Mentor engineers and foster continuous learning and high engineering standards.
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business and customer objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus six years of software engineering or related experience, or eight years of such experience.
- Strong expertise designing and building scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and system-level execution.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field plus four years of software engineering or related experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and accessibility best practices.
- Strong collaboration, communication, technical judgment, adaptability, and mentoring skills.
