Base Salary
$169k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered systems and intelligent automation solutions.
- Translate domain strategies into reliable system-level implementations with architectural integrity.
- Provide technical guidance through code reviews, architectural decisions, incident analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices for resilient, observable, and performant services.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and automate processes to improve engineering velocity.
- Mentor engineers across teams and foster high standards, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus 6 years of software engineering experience, or 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven expertise designing and building scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration.
- Strong technical leadership and system-level architectural decision-making experience.
- Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, observability, resilience, performance, reliability engineering, and scalability.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving operational excellence.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field plus 4 years of software engineering experience.
- Preferred: experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies.
