Base Salary
$90k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications using Java and Spring Boot microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, management, clients, and stakeholders to integrate components and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement software development best practices to improve application performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Oversee code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in architectural discussions and align software solutions with business goals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
- Contribute to improvements in development processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot microservices for full stack development.
- Expertise in commerce full stack engineering with a focus on Java technologies.
- Six to ten years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and complex troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and day-shift environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
