Responsibilities
- Shape product direction by defining what and why to build, validating concepts with customers, and driving execution.
- Propose, architect, and ship large-scale cloud services with a startup-like ownership mindset.
- Build AI-native agentic systems that address enterprise workflow bottlenecks.
- Drive technical trade-offs, stakeholder consensus, engineering quality, scalability, and developer productivity.
- Lead and influence globally distributed teams through clear, data-driven communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience architecting and building large-scale commercial applications with external product impact.
- Expertise in distributed systems, OLTP/OLAP data layers, and high-scale systems.
- Mastery of programming language paradigms, schema design, and robust public-facing APIs.
- Strong product thinking and the ability to balance technical quality with business impact.
- Ability to lead through influence and inspire a globally distributed team.
- Experience with workflow engines, orchestration, structured and unstructured data or document processing, and user experiences is advantageous.
