Base Salary
$169k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions.
- Translate domain-level strategies into reliable system-level implementations while maintaining architectural integrity.
- Provide technical guidance through architecture decisions, code reviews, operational excellence, and incident management.
- Champion DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and resilient service practices.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and automate processes to improve engineering velocity and system performance.
- Mentor engineers and foster innovation, continuous learning, and high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus 6 years of software engineering or related experience, or 8 years of software engineering or related experience.
- Extensive experience leading scalable, cloud-native software systems and AI-powered solutions.
- Proven ability to translate domain strategies into reliable, maintainable system implementations.
- Strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, observability, incident management, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to make architectural decisions emphasizing extensibility, maintainability, and security compliance.
- Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field plus 4 years of related experience.
- Preferred: experience with inclusive digital experiences, WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and accessibility best practices.
