Responsibilities
- Develop capabilities that support Frontline Experts serving customers in Care and Retail.
- Work on projects that deliver capabilities for T-Mobile’s website.
- Provide analytical insights related to delivered Frontline work.
- Use JIRA to track work.
- Use GitLab as a repository for code and documentation.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
- Have one or more courses remaining in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program after the internship.
- Demonstrate analytical skills, software development skills, and good communication skills.
