Responsibilities
- Own technical leadership of MSP opportunities through discovery, solution design, sizing, competitive positioning, POCs, and technical close.
- Define end-to-end MSP service architectures covering multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, operational models, and integrations.
- Develop and influence commercial constructs including unit economics, cost per tenant, consumption models, TCO, and margin.
- Position Everpure’s platform and displace competitors in MSP environments.
- Build relationships with MSP architects, practice leads, CTOs, and partner-side technical champions.
- Provide MSP requirements to the global program and Product Management and create reference architectures, sizing guides, and service blueprints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership with a record of winning partner-led business.
- Direct experience with Managed Service Providers and understanding of how they build, price, operate, and sell managed services.
- Deep knowledge of modern data platform architecture, including block, file, and object storage, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes, and storage-as-a-service models.
- Commercial fluency with consumption economics, TCO, and margin discussions.
- Strong written, diagrammatic, and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building a new practice rather than inheriting an established one.
