Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and translate customer requirements and domain expertise into enterprise architectures and tailored AI use cases.
- Architect, prototype, and build secure, scalable LLM and agent systems with RAG, tools, guardrails, and enterprise data, identity, and compliance integrations.
- Own end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects and demonstrate business impact to C-suite executives.
- Drive value selling, ROI/TCO modeling, implementation, adoption, and ongoing value realization for strategic accounts.
- Develop reusable methodologies and globally scalable assets while mentoring junior peers.
- Conduct customer workshops, executive presentations, stakeholder interactions, whiteboarding sessions, and product demonstrations in German.
Requirements
- 5+ years of executive-facing presales or value engineering experience, including technical close ownership, Proof-of-Value execution, ROI/TCO modeling, and driving projects through achieved value.
- Deep knowledge of operational workflows and industry domains such as supply chain or finance, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in Python, modular API design, reusable library development, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Hugging Face.
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Native-level or near-native German proficiency in written and spoken communication.
