Responsibilities
- Develop and own technical account plans and strategies while supporting targeted sales motions.
- Architect cross-pillar Google Cloud solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial delivery plans.
- Lead technical customer engagement through the solution phase and facilitate post-sales transitions to implementation teams.
- Support pricing activities and monitor delivery, migration, implementation, and ramp progress with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate the value of Google Cloud Platform through programming, demos, pilots, proofs of concept, and technical workshops.
- Engage technical and business leaders to understand requirements, resolve roadblocks, and design appropriate architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premises engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience presenting to or engaging technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
- Fluent German communication skills to support regional clients.
- Preferred experience with cloud infrastructure, storage, platforms, data, cloud markets, competitive dynamics, and customer buying behavior.
- Preferred experience developing cloud data warehouses, data lakes, batch or real-time event processing, streaming, ETL/ELT, data migrations, data visualization, and data governance.
- Preferred experience in technical sales or consulting for cloud computing, data analytics, or Big Data.
- Preferred experience designing, implementing, tuning, and optimizing schemas and queries for scalable distributed systems.
Benefits
- Germany base pay is €112000–€114000 EUR, with a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
