Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Adobe Workfront solutions for intake, project management, resource management, reporting, and portfolio management.
- Design and build multi-step Workfront Fusion automation scenarios integrating Workfront with AEM, DAM systems, Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms.
- Lead solution design workshops and translate client operational pain points into platform-ready requirements.
- Refine marketing processes and workflows in preparation for agentic Content Supply Chain and Marketing Operating Models.
- Support pre-sales and offering development through reusable accelerators and architectural patterns.
- Guide delivery teams through configuration, testing, and hypercare while maintaining quality and timeline accountability.
Requirements
- Hands-on enterprise-scale Adobe Workfront configuration experience, including custom forms, project templates, reporting, and portfolio management.
- Experience building multi-step Workfront Fusion automation scenarios with external system integrations.
- Strong process orientation and ability to bridge business operations with technical implementation.
- Experience delivering in consulting or professional services environments, ideally in marketing or creative operations.
- Adobe Workfront certification or Fusion specialist credentials are advantageous.
- Experience with Content Supply Chain implementations or DAM integrations, including AEM Assets, Bynder, or Widen, is advantageous.
- Understanding of embedding solutions into agentic ecosystems is advantageous.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies within marketing transformation programs is advantageous.
