Responsibilities
- Articulate the value of Wrike’s core workflows to clients.
- Partner with Sales to conduct technical discovery and deliver tailored demos.
- Lead the full customer journey from design to rollout and adoption monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Mentor junior team members on consulting best practices.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in Sales/Solutions Engineering and 5+ years in project management or SaaS consulting.
- Deep understanding of Project Portfolio Management, Client Service Delivery, and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Experience working with APIs to create integrated solutions.
- Formal certification in project management and knowledge of Change Management principles.
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
