Responsibilities
- Articulate the value of Wrike workflows such as Campaign Management, PPM, and Creative Production to prospective and existing clients.
- Partner with Sales on complex scoping, technical discovery, and tailored demonstrations.
- Lead end-to-end implementation from workflow design and configuration through rollout and adoption monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap and develop short-term workarounds for unique client requirements.
- Mentor junior team members on consulting best practices and technical delivery.
- Work with Account Executives to win new business and Technical Account Managers to support long-term customer health.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or SaaS-based consulting.
- Deep understanding of Project Portfolio Management, Client Service Delivery, and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Experience using APIs to create integrated ecosystem solutions and automated workflow environments.
- Formal certification in Agile, PMI, Prince2, or Lean project management, plus a firm grasp of Change Management principles.
- Exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to handle objections and influence executive-level stakeholders.
- An MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
- Demo2Win certification or formal sales demonstration training is preferred.
- Experience as a Wrike Power User, Administrator, or Consultant is preferred.
- Ability to position Wrike within complex technology stacks and ensure interoperability with third-party tools is preferred.
