Responsibilities
- Independently own customer engagements across the pre-sales, onboarding, and production lifecycle.
- Provide technical direction and expert guidance on the Databricks Data + AI Platform.
- Work directly with multiple customers concurrently and maintain a high quality bar for customer guidance.
- Build and improve reusable AI-augmented workflows for scaled customer delivery.
- Assess customer needs, foster relationships, address objections, and showcase the value of the Databricks platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field, or relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in data, AI, or cloud.
- Deep knowledge of at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of AI-driven development with Python or SQL, including building and extending AI-augmented workflows.
- Understanding of end-to-end data analytics and data engineering workflows and their trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Databricks Certification is a preferred qualification.
- Experience with AI tooling and automation, consulting or pre-sales, or agentic solutions is a bonus.
