Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end features and technical stories with appropriate test coverage.
- Manage the full pull request lifecycle, including branching, implementation, review, response, and merging.
- Write unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA engineers on acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
- Conduct code reviews focused on correctness, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Integrate AI models and APIs with enterprise applications for scalable, secure, and maintainable delivery.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, stand-ups, and team discussions.
- At the senior level, facilitate stand-ups, own squad-level technical decisions, define AI development standards, and promote AI literacy through knowledge sharing and documentation.
- Maintain enterprise-grade technical documentation, API specifications, and code comments using AI assistance where appropriate.
- Ensure AI-assisted development complies with security, data protection, regulatory, and financial services requirements.
Requirements
- Experience building software with .NET and Angular.
- Ability to implement features end to end and write unit and integration tests.
- Ability to manage pull requests and conduct effective code reviews.
- Experience integrating AI models and APIs into enterprise applications.
- Ability to evaluate, validate, challenge, and override AI-generated outputs using sound engineering judgment.
- Ability to work within security, data protection, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Senior-level candidates should be able to facilitate technical stand-ups, own squad-level technical decisions, define AI development standards, and educate others on AI practices.
