Responsibilities
- Explore, implement, and deploy pipelines for deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing solutions.
- Create CI/CD pipelines for machine learning training and prediction workflows.
- Track models and experiments for auditing, manage model versions, and establish artifact lineage, model registries, and governance.
- Collaborate with data scientists on hyperparameter tuning and feature maintenance.
- Create prediction endpoints and package machine learning models using containerization.
- Develop automated deployment and retraining pipelines that detect model drift and data drift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, infrastructure, data science, and business teams to deliver AI projects and realize operational value.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations is required.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with containerization, machine learning model packaging, endpoint creation, and data munging techniques such as cleaning, transformation, and normalization.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, SageMaker, and AWS Step Functions.
- Ability to collaborate with business and data science stakeholders to support model operationalization and ROI realization.
