Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions integrating cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
- Create proofs of architecture and concepts to validate solution viability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB classes and configuration item lifecycle management aligned with CSDM guidelines.
- Maintain CMDB data integrity through auditing, cleansing, and governance processes.
- Integrate the CMDB with change, incident, problem, and asset management workflows.
- Develop automation using ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, JavaScript, and Glide.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in team discussions, and independently provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Test and troubleshoot cloud applications and infrastructure to meet performance and security standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
- Experience integrating cloud services with on-premises systems.
- Familiarity with security protocols and cloud security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud application and infrastructure issues.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert.
