Responsibilities
- Deliver new backend functionality and features using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Improve code quality and continuously enhance the codebase.
- Contribute significantly to technical decisions.
- Coach and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Own the full development lifecycle from coding through production, including deployment and monitoring.
- Identify and remove blockers, time sinks, waste, and other impediments.
- Keep customer needs central to engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET and its latest features.
- Experience developing high-volume transactional applications.
- Experience with asynchronous services or processing.
- Ability to test solutions effectively.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Interest in Agile development practices.
- Enjoyment of mentoring less experienced engineers.
- Strong communication, collaboration, proactive behavior, and willingness to learn.
