Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure landing zones and cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot cloud services, and support high availability.
- Handle customer tickets, incidents, and frequent customer communication.
- Automate and optimize cloud operations using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code.
- Implement pipelines and automation frameworks for cloud-service deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain cloud-environment, process, and procedure documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, security, compliance, and application teams to deliver reliable and compliant managed services.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Enterprise Scale and the Cloud Adoption Framework.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Bicep.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Experience in finance, pensions, energy, or banking is advantageous.
