Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customize, develop, test, and implement Salesforce features for small projects, BAU enhancements, and larger transformation projects.
- Develop Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, page layouts, Lightning App Builder features, Apex classes, triggers, test classes, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and automations.
- Independently deliver small projects and enhancements while supporting senior team members on large, complex projects.
- Perform code releases in a repeatable and controlled manner and maintain development standards and documentation.
- Spend approximately 20% of the role handling BAU and support tickets.
- Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to verify requirements and support feature rollouts.
- Participate in stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, training, mentoring, and peer learning.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, tools, platform capabilities, and relevant certifications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a developer on Salesforce projects.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related business processes, including opportunities and quotes.
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce object relationships, security model, Flow, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Confidence managing CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub and Gearset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to estimate tasks accurately, keep stakeholders informed, and work independently.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Developer certifications.
- Relevant IT degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: experience with Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, ETL tools, Mulesoft, CPQ, Agentforce, Java, or Python.
- Understanding of agile delivery methods, with Scrum preferred.
