Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with software developers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Participate in analysis, design, implementation, and testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Review system specifications and documentation for testability and alignment with business requirements.
- Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
- Identify, record, and track software bugs and defects.
- Perform regression testing after defects are resolved.
- Create and maintain test documentation and reports.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
- Stay current with testing tools and best practices.
- Coordinate with geographically distributed teams and participate in other assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three or more years of experience and proven experience as an SDET or in a similar role.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Playwright, JUnit, Cucumber, and BDD.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Mobile, API, and database testing experience is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Groovy, Python, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
