Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with software developers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Participate in analysis, design, implementation, and testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Review system specifications and documentation for testability and alignment with business requirements.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
  • Identify, record, and track software bugs and defects.
  • Perform regression testing after defects are resolved.
  • Create and maintain test documentation and reports.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
  • Stay current with testing tools and best practices.
  • Coordinate with geographically distributed teams and participate in other assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three or more years of experience and proven experience as an SDET or in a similar role.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Playwright, JUnit, Cucumber, and BDD.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
  • Mobile, API, and database testing experience is preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Groovy, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
