Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic systems, state machines, search-based conversational systems, and multimodal AI workflows.
- Implement Model Context Protocol servers and clients for context exchange among agents, data sources, and tools.
- Develop production-ready Python and TypeScript across frontend, backend, and infrastructure tasks.
- Manage the DevOps and MLOps lifecycle, including Docker containerization, CI/CD, AWS architecture, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, data curation, preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical and visualization analysis.
- Design, fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate LLM-based, multimodal, and classical AI models.
- Implement prompt engineering, inference optimization, caching, latency reduction, and resource-management strategies.
- Build evaluation metrics, A/B tests, observability, drift detection, anomaly detection, and telemetry pipelines.
- Translate technical findings into actionable insights and consult with enterprise stakeholders on technology approaches.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and data science.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with generative large language models and agents.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle and deploying models at scale.
- Advanced production-grade Python proficiency; TypeScript proficiency is advantageous.
- Deep expertise with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks, agentic system design, and state-machine logic.
- Practical AWS cloud design experience, including familiarity with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker; multicloud experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vector databases, graph databases, Snowflake, SQL, NoSQL, and data lakes.
- Expertise in API design, CI/CD, Docker, infrastructure as code, automated testing, statistics, data manipulation, synthetic data generation, and feature engineering.
- A B.Sc., B.Eng., M.Sc., M.Eng., Ph.D., or equivalent qualification in computer science, physics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaborative, ownership, responsible-AI, and stakeholder-consulting skills.
- English communication proficiency at C1+ level and occasional availability across Central European Time.
