Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent workflows using LLMs, RAG, semantic search, agentic systems, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution roadmaps with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders.
- Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and improve the AI team’s engineering maturity.
- Evaluate the evolving AI ecosystem and guide adoption of relevant tools, frameworks, and engineering practices.
- Deliver secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions for banking and financial-services use cases.
Requirements
- 5–9 years of overall experience, including 3+ years specializing in AI/ML solutioning and production-grade AI/ML design.
- 5–9 years of software architecture and distributed-systems design experience.
- Hands-on experience building production LLM applications with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with multiple AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI/Gemini, or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with AI evaluation and observability tools such as LangSmith, RAGAS, or DeepEval, plus responsible AI and guardrail practices.
- Strong cloud-native engineering experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and production deployment of scalable AI applications.
- Familiarity with BFSI compliance frameworks including GDPR, DORA, and Basel III/IV, and exposure to payments, trade finance, or lending workflows.
- Strong stakeholder communication, mentoring, and business-to-technology translation skills.
