Responsibilities
- Collaborate on requirements analysis, architecture, and design discussions for new initiatives.
- Design and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code with CloudFormation and Serverless Framework.
- Write robust, scalable, and maintainable code using Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and technical design sessions.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal tools and improve design and development workflows.
- Track and manage workflows using Jira and stay current with AWS service enhancements and cloud best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional development experience building applications on AWS.
- Advanced understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Strong experience designing serverless and event-driven solutions.
- Expertise in REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder engagement, leadership, and mentorship skills.
- AWS certifications are preferred, including AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Solutions Architect – Professional.
- Serverless Framework experience and hands-on Python experience are preferred.
