Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain advanced monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications.
- Lead incident response, diagnose and resolve reliability issues, and conduct post-incident reviews.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate on reliability engineering projects and initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and explore technologies that improve system reliability.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in site reliability engineering or related fields.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, automation, incident response, and system reliability concepts.
- Proficiency with scripting languages and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Data-driven mindset and intermediate English proficiency.
