Base Salary
$128k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and build complex Box solutions for enterprise customers and partners.
- Advise customers on application design, custom document vaults, content migrations, and CRM integrations.
- Architect and deliver technical solutions using Box configurations and APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
- Lead pre-sales scoping, develop project scope documentation and statements of work, and support sales calls and customer engagements.
- Create repeatable technical solutions and industry playbooks that drive consistent customer success and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, and field teams to support go-to-market and bookings objectives.
- Forecast capacity and deliver against revenue targets.
- Present technical concepts and solution architectures to executives, developers, IT architects, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in architecture and system design for cloud solutions, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and industry solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to establish technical delivery expertise based on market trends, research, and customer requirements.
- A driver's license may be required for onsite client visits.
- Preferred: expertise in enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations.
