Base Salary
$128k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on technical architectures, Box solutions, custom document vaults, content migrations, and enterprise integrations.
- Design and deliver differentiated custom solutions using Box configurations and APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
- Develop project scopes, statements of work, technical specifications, business requirements, and repeatable industry playbooks.
- Support pre-sales scoping, sales calls, customer engagements, revenue targets, bookings targets, and capacity forecasting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, partners, and field teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
- Present complex technical solutions to developers, IT architects, business managers, and executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Experience architecting and designing cloud solutions, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, the MEAN stack, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead pre-sales technical delivery.
- A driver's license may be required for client visits.
- Preferred: expertise in enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations.
