Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, costs, and governance.
- Act as a key technical lead, guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
- Represent the team in technical forums, documenting and negotiating with stakeholders.
- Anticipate technical and product issues, making design decisions to avoid them.
- Deep dive into problems to identify root causes and deliver innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the Computing product strategy in collaboration with peers and Product Managers.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
- Experience with access management tools like AWS IAM.
- Familiarity with scaling tools such as Karpenter, KEDA, and HPA.
- Proficiency in the Golang programming language.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring other engineers.
- Creativity and analytical thinking to improve the Computing Platform.
- Advanced English skills for documentation and communication.
