Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise vision, target-state architecture, technology roadmaps, reference architectures, design patterns, standards, and best practices.
  • Act as a principal consultant for programs and projects and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
  • Research technologies, evaluate solution options, identify requirements, and establish new standards, processes, and methodologies where deficiencies exist.
  • Lead architecture strategy analysis and presentations through architecture and technology review councils and architecture review boards.
  • Drive software, application, and infrastructure rationalization across assigned business units and the enterprise.
  • Establish reusable frameworks and processes to manage technology risk and support the enterprise architecture organization’s vision and goals.
  • Prepare executive presentations, solution design documentation, and technology white papers.
  • Mentor less experienced architects and develop strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 12 years of experience in enterprise integration design, development, and implementation.
  • At least 12 years of experience with Microsoft .NET platform development or Java/Linux development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles managing technical resources directly or through a matrix.
  • At least 2 years of cloud implementation experience with Azure and/or AWS.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Enterprise Architect or in a comparable senior management role.
  • Large-scale enterprise implementation experience covering modern web, mobile, integration, cloud, and on-premises platforms.
  • Enterprise experience with API management, DevOps, server and network infrastructure, caching, information security, and database technologies.
  • TOGAF certification and knowledge of the Zachman Framework.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum, XP, FDD, TDD, and SAFe.
  • Financial services experience and experience supporting MarTech and digital applications are preferred.
  • Knowledge of CCPA, PCI, KYC, and AML regulations applicable to customer-facing applications is preferred.
