Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and maintain tools and services supporting the software build and release process.
- Deploy and maintain services with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform.
- Support the technical development of junior and graduate engineers.
- Promote strong engineering discipline, high reliability, and minimal toil.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Python, Go, C++, or a similar programming language.
- Experience deploying services in the cloud, with AWS preferred.
- Deep understanding of Linux environments.
- Experience using CI/CD for production deployments.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenStack is desirable.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, build tools such as CMake, modern observability tooling such as Prometheus, and Grafana is desirable.
