Responsibilities
- Architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and train models on large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Train and fine-tune large language models using diverse datasets.
- Analyze and interpret model performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior professionals in large language model architecture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training and fine-tuning large language models on diverse datasets.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.
- 15 years of full-time education.
