Base Salary
$95k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and execute alternative production workflows to replace existing competitor implementations.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, including part quality validation and yield metrics.
- Lead API development and integration for automated plant operation.
- Provide creative solutions to optimize customer end goals.
- Implement custom scripts to automate file processing and print queue management.
- Debug and resolve software edge cases.
- Design and validate manufacturing jigs and fixtures using CAD.
- Maximize system uptime by developing maintenance plans and identifying failure modes.
- Customize hardware and resin delivery systems for customer production requirements.
- Own the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment.
- Manage on-site pilot programs and provide technical support.
- Collaborate as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Train and mentor onsite field service engineers and customer operators.
Requirements
- Engineering or Computer Science degree.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in CAD.
- Experience writing code, preferably in Python.
- Experience with software and hardware automation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak implementation phases.
