Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver AI, generative AI, and agentic AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance customer and colleague experiences.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Data teams to identify high-value opportunities, translate them into requirements, and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Establish and implement data and AI governance covering data quality, integrity, security, model risk controls, and responsible AI practices throughout build, test, deployment, and monitoring.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and practical experience delivering solutions using LLMs, OCR, and/or RAG.
- Experience with prompting, evaluation, grounding, retrieval design, and productionization considerations.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning models, NLP techniques, and deep learning.
- Experience with model development, fine-tuning or embedding approaches, evaluation, and MLOps fundamentals.
