AI Specialist Revenue Operations (India Remote)

Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, automations, prompt workflows, retrieval features, and integrations against defined specifications and established platform patterns.
- Author and run evaluation test cases, expand coverage, and report on AI agent performance.
- Curate knowledge bases, content, and data used by grounded AI agents, including preparing and transforming data for agent consumption.
- Monitor live AI workloads, investigate failures, resolve issues within scope, and escalate complex problems with technical diagnoses.
- Build and maintain Revenue Operations integrations through APIs and workflow orchestration tools, including authentication, error handling, and access control.
- Support production readiness through technical documentation, security and access reviews, release notes, and rollback notes.
- Contribute to the AI orchestration platform and document reusable implementation patterns.
- Explain AI workload behavior and limitations to non-technical stakeholders and use user feedback to improve quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs, including prompt engineering and retrieval or knowledge-base systems; self-directed and personal projects are accepted.
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript sufficient to read, modify, and extend an existing codebase.
- Practical experience integrating REST APIs, including authentication and failure handling.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures.
- Excellent written English and ability to document technical findings for mixed audiences.
- Legal eligibility for authorized employment in the India region and fluent verbal and written English.
- Preferred experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier; CRM or sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot; software testing or AI evaluation; technical support or incident diagnosis; knowledge management or technical documentation; AWS; conversational or voice AI platforms; or the EdTech sector.
- Degree-level education in a technical discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience, with portfolios of self-taught built work encouraged.
