Base Salary
$90k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled automation workflows for GTM and RevOps processes.
- Apply LLM capabilities and AI tooling to improve productivity and execution quality.
- Create reusable agent templates, prompt libraries, automation patterns, and reference flows.
- Implement end-to-end automations using agents, copilots, business events, API integrations, and orchestration platforms.
- Own solutions from prototype through production, including testing, documentation, handoff, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
- Translate GTM business requirements into practical technical solutions and identify risks, constraints, and dependencies.
- Ensure solutions meet privacy, security, governance, Responsible AI, usage guidance, and human oversight standards.
- Deliver hands-on training, workshops, office hours, and direct support for employees, makers, and business teams.
- Coach teams on prompting, output validation, and appropriate use of AI.
- Stay current on emerging AI models, automation tools, and workflow orchestration platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years delivering automation, low-code solutions, analytics, or AI-enabled capabilities in an enterprise or GTM environment.
- Working knowledge of AI models, LLM applications, prompt orchestration, and AI-driven workflow design.
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows or API integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, and business teams.
- Preferred experience with n8n, Zapier, custom API integrations, MCP servers, Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
- Healthcare or health-tech industry experience is a plus.
